Oliver Farms LLC is located in Smithfield, Virginia and run by fourth generation farmers, cousins Jimmy and JV Oliver. Tyler, Jimmy’s son, joined us full time in 2019. Primarily a row crop farm, they grow cotton, soybeans, corn and peanuts on the family owned farm.
Oliver Farms Produce begins each produce year in July through December. We open the windows on “The Shack” with our summer grown, fresh picked daily/pre-ordered: sweet corn, butterbeans and crowder peas. Pre-order and we contact you to schedule once harvest begins.
Fall produce: collards, cabbage, broccoli, kale and brussel sprouts are planted late summer and ready for your Thanksgiving and Christmas tables.
Because we sell what WE grow, each crop is subject to weather each year.
Customers can pre-order by calling/texting 757-255-4563 your name, product and quantity or emailing: orders@oliverproduce.com. If using email, we kindly ask you to do so at least 3 weeks before we begin harvest of the product; otherwise, please call/text for prompt reply.
